Who provides the artwork? ?

BPS Outdoor Media has a fantastic design team can create effective and original billboard ads for you. If you already have an ad that you want to use, you can send it to us at info@bpsoutdoor.com

What kind of files / formats do you accept?

EPS, Adobe Acrobat PDF (High Res.files), Adobe Illustrator .ai, Adobe Photoshop .psd, CorelDraw 13 .cdr, Quark Express, .jpg.

PLEASE CONVERT ALL FONTS TO CURVES / OUTLINES SO THE FONTS WILL BE CORRECT!

What scales do you use?

We prefer a 3/8 inch scale, but can also accept ¼ inch, ½ inch, and 3/16 inch scales.

What about the bleed?

Our vinyls are printed at a 6” bleed with a 4” pocket. You can include this bleed with your artwork, or we can add it.

What DPI do you want your photos scanned at?

At least 300. 600 is better.

What should I include with my artwork?

PMS colors, fonts, photographs, and contact information (for questions & proofs.)

How can I send you artwork?

You can upload it to www.yousendit.com it's a free service that will email the art directly to our art department (use info@bpsoutdoor.com), or mail it to us at: P.O. Box 47, Tifton, GA 31793.

What kind of disks can you accept?

3 ½ inch floppy disk, Zip (Mac or PC), CD, or DVD.

How much do you charge for vinyls and posters?

Vinyls cost $2.00 per square foot & a 30-sheet poster is $150.00.

How long does it take to get a vinyl / poster posted?

It takes us about two weeks from the date of approval to order and post a vinyl or poster.Learn the difference between vinyls, posters, and painted bulletins.
