The answer to this question is simple. If you own land on a major highway, and this land has a large amount of daily traffic, we may be able to put a billboard on your property. This could increase the value of your property as well as your annual income.

The best thing about having a billboard on your property is that BPS will do all the work. We will be responsible for all necessary permits and structure drawings as well as the construction and maintenance of the billboard. All of our signs must meet state and city regulations. Don't worry because we will take care of this too.

The only thing our landowners have to do is sign a Land Lease Agreement. This agreement normally lasts for five years, and it includes a renewal option. BPS landowners are paid either annually or monthly.
